Method of preparation of Grilled Chop with Caper Sauce
- Marinate the pork chop with Dizon mustard seasoning and canola oil.
- Coat it with crushed cumin seed and crushed pepper
- Grill it in the griddle and serve it

Method of Preparation of Caper Sauce
- In a pan, melt the butter through moderate heat.
- When it subsides, stir the flour and mixed thoroughly and pour it into the stock.
- Whisk it and cook on high heat.
