Chicken Broth | 6 cups |
Ketchup | 5 tbsp |
Lime Juice | 4 lemon juice |
Freshly Grounded Pepper | 1/4 tbsp |
Chopped Dill | 1 tbsp |
Method of Preparation Of Russian Borscht Soup
- Heat the oil in pan, sautee diced potatoes in it.
- Peel the raw beetrots then dice them.
- Now add carrot in pan and beet root too.
- Add cabbage, bayleaf and sautee it for couple of minutes
- Add water, chicken broth, and ketchup.
- Season it and simmer.
- Add lemon jice and chopped dill.
- Let it cook for few minutes
- Soup is ready to serve
