2. Blogger

Blogger is powered by Google and it functions totally different than a WordPress site. As the name suggests it is a platform to blog. Blogger is 100% free and one of the oldest sites to blog, though it’s popularity is not so much.

Blogger is best for those people who want to write and aren’t concerned about owning the site.

3. Wix

Wix is for all those who want to have their personal website but have no knowledge of coding.
